Take orders online with the Jewel Pavilion checkout. This is a great way to increase your business. With the Jewel Pavilion Checkout, customers can shop at any hour and place an order, rather than having to rely on your business hours. The Checkout also saves time for you and the customer by automatically recording large orders instead of having the customer recite a long list over the phone, or having the customer type up a detailed request list.

	Account Creation Page
	Each customer must create an account to checkout. An account is simply an email or username and password to identify the customer. Customers may use this account every time they shop with you. Returning customers can use the same page to log in.
	Billing and Shipping Information Page
	A form prompts the customer to enter a billing address and credit card information, and offers the customer your specified shipping options, as well as the option to enter a separate shipping address.
	Order Review Page
	Customers must review and confirm their order. Confirming the order completes the checkout process, and the order will be available for viewing through the Jewel Pavilion Control Panel.
	Confirmation Page
	Confirms that the customer has accepted the transaction and that the order was placed.
	Email Customer Confirmation
	A simple text email will notify customers that their order has been placed, complete with list of items ordered.
	Merchant Notification
	A simple text email will notify you, the merchant, that a new order has been placed.

	Web Order Records
	All orders are recorded and viewable through the Jewel Pavilion Control Panel. Fill your orders by checking each order's details for a complete list of ordered items, customer information, and billing and shipping information.
	Customer Records
	Create or view customer accounts. Customer names, usernames, emails, and addresses are recorded. Control which accounts gain access to your website.

Please note that the Jewel Pavilion Checkout is a record keeping service. It allows you to view information for orders placed on your website through the Jewel Pavilion Control Panel. The checkout does not connect with credit card companies to process the credit card. We do not support interfacing with merchant accounts. This is to protect you and your customers. It is always best to have you or a member of your staff review the order to ensure the order's validity and to check that the items ordered are available for shipping before charging the customer.

The Jewel Pavilion Checkout also does not automate shipping. Arrangements for shipping must be arranged by you, the merchant. The Billing and Shipping page displays what options you have made available to the customer.
